The African Civil Society Platform for Social Protection will be presenting a statement at the African Union Ministerial Meeting on Social Protection, taking place in Windhoek on the 30th and 31st of October, to emphasise the potential role of social protection in combating hunger and poverty in Africa and the need for joint public, private and civil society collaboration.
