For the first time in Europe, sub-Saharan African and European policy-makers have been brought together with ICT research organisations to address the development of collaborative projects. This 2-day event was organised by the European Commission (DG INFSO) and the African Union Commission (AUC) with the support of the EU/FP7 EuroAfrica-ICT project.
