Background & purpose

The WFP Regional Bureau for Southern, Eastern and Central Africa organised a three and half day learning event that aimed to build competence and confidence on HIV, Food and Nutrition among programme managers in WFP staff, NGOs and Government. In addition, critical regional counterparts (UN agencies, stakeholders), technical experts, invited guests and members of WFP HQ also attended and contributed actively during the learning event.
